Every touch of my hand in the kitchen is a way to give glory to God. Without Him, I wouldn’t have the ability or passion to do what I do. I put heart and precision into every dish I create.
I learned by doing—then never stopped growing
I learned to cook in hotel staff accommodations, surprised myself with a beautiful dish—and since then, I’ve loved every moment in the kitchen. That curiosity and discipline still guide me today.
